Faux Directory Several Steps to Creating Faux Art and Textures In the first meeting with the client we determine the base color choices and the technique to be used. I then make a few different sample boards to get a better idea of the finished product. Once a sample is chosen, the base color gets painted and the glazes applied. There are many different techniques to choose from: * ragging, sponging, stamping * stenciling * wall art and if that is not enough, I'll invent something new!
